• Principle: You become like those you listen to.
• Book of Mormon Reading: Alma 31:24 - 31:38
  • What was the effect of listening to Alma?  Why do you think they were so changed?
• What are the biggest voices in your life?  Is it a parent, a spouse, friends, those on social media, the scriptures, TV, websites, etc.  Be specific, make the top five voices or people you are listening to right now.  
  • Once you have five names list what they are telling you.  For example, if you listed a parent you might write "clean up your room.”  Or if you listed TV News you might write “only bad things happen.”  
  • If you continued to hear these messages would you like the person you would become?
