• Principle: Partaking the sacrament is an element of humility and faith.

• Book of Mormon Reading: Ether 9:23 - 9:35

• They cycle of pride is demonstrated in these verses.  From prosperity, to secret combinations, to rejection of prophets, to punishments from God, and finally humility and repentance.

• One opportunity we have each week is to partake of the sacrament.  How does the sacrament help you stay humble?  Why is humility so essential?
