when the Lord your God was your king, 1 Sam. 12:12.
12 And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the Lord your God was your king.
King of glory shall come in, Ps. 24:7.
7 Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
God is the King of all the earth, Ps. 47:7 (Zech. 14:9, 16).
7 For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
9 And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.
16 ¶ And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Holy One of Israel is our king, Ps. 89:18.
18 For the Lord is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
